So, I have been having trouble getting sales on my Etsy store.  I have been trying to get help from people on Etsy, trying to ask friends for advice... it turns out, my pictures arent as great as I thought they were and my tags arent strong.  I really am confused on how Etsy's search works, but I really am trying to fix my items so they can be found better.

I am reaching out to ask you for your help.  If you want to go to Etsy and try searching for my items and tell me what you find.  Which items make you want to click on them?  What makes you want to click on that one compared to the other ones?  Is it the picture?  The price?  The name???  Tell me any investigative info you find.  I want to know what YOU find since you are not me.  I am the seller and I want to know the opinion of the people who might be shopping.

Since its raining out today and I am unable to do 3d work like I had wanted, I am now brainstorming new ideas on what I can do to use the amazing 25 pounds of zippers that were donated to me.  I have some ideas.  But need some feedback.  So I want to make some more zipper purses like I have on my shop already.  And then I want to make some more rings as well. Also my coffee mug/beer bottle cozies.  But the new ideas are similar to these:

Also thought about trying to think of some necklace ideas.

And its pretty awesome to see that I am the only one besides one other person with the idea for the rings!  YAY!! Just gotta get them up for sale next week now. :)

So I think I am finally able to share with you what I have been brainstorming and wanting to create the last couple of months and have been teasing you and teasing you about.  Heres the moment... COFFEE/BEER COZIES!!!!

I am going to add another button on so it can be wrapped about a beer bottle or can too.  But I am planning on making them in red, green and blue.  They will be great for coffee mugs as seen here, to go cups in place of the paper ones, beer cans, beer bottles, or even just water glasses, especially the reusable ones.

So a few months back, I posted a tweet about needing zippers.  Well a factory out in California called UCAN zippers, replied and they sent me... get ready... 25 pounds! of zippers!  I was blown away!  But the reason this is a big day is I FINALLY get to make the item I have been waiting to make.  I just needed the zippers for it.  I will hopefully be posting pictures of them either later today or this week.  Its a secret on what it is until I post it.  :)  But I will give you a hint... it comes in handy in the morning when you are making/eating your breakfast!

So I went to the mall this weekend while my boyfriend was at a meeting.  It was very inspiring.  I love going to Anthropologie and looking at all of the overpriced stuff that you look at the pricetag and put it back.  But while I was walking out I saw this cute little set of pushpins with little fabric flowers on them.  And it gave me the idea.  How cute would it be to make sets of pushpins with buttons on them!!!!  I could sell different colored ones.  Like natural colors, pastels, white gray and black, all sorts of different ones.  I just need to go shopping for new buttons, because the ones I have now are more designated for my necklaces and stuff.

Also if you havent seen it I also came up with another idea.  Its still a work in progress.  trying to get the right height for it.  But its this:

A zipper ring!!  Now I did try it with just the zipper and also with a zipper pull instead of a button, but I like the button better.

I also made these headbands.  I made two of them, a white one and a black one:

After my pushpins, I still want to try making a coffee cozy with zippers like my purses.

SOOOO sorry I have been absent.  I have been working at my day job nonstop since the beginning of the year, which is awesome.  But I miss my crafty crafts.  I should be taking photos of new items this weekend that I will be posting.  Two of which are super cute head bands!  I love them.

Hello!  Sorry I kind of went radio silent for a while after the holiday season.  I have been posting new things up in my store, but I haven't really got to create anything new lately, so that is why I have been silent.

I might be making something new this weekend.  Not something that I will be selling on my shop, but if it turns out ok, I might make them for my friends if they want.  We will see :)  Its gonna be a fun experiment.  Ill keep ya posted and if it does turn out, Ill post a pic. :D  Maybe Ill even post one if it doesnt.
